Beverage Recommendations
Palmdale Estates recommends that lessee should provide at
least
6 drinks per person for a 4-5 hour reception.
The following list provides an approximate amount of
servings per container:
15 Gallon Keg of Beer = 200 Servings
7 ½ Gallon Keg of Beer = 100 Servings
Case of Wine or Champagne = 75 Servings (12 750ml bottles)
Case of Soda or Sparkling Water = 24 Servings (4 six packs)
The following sample represents an average group; however, each group is unique
and thus you must adjust according to your friends and families beverage likes &
dislikes.
150 guests x 6 drinks = 900 servings
1 -15 Gallon Keg of Beer = 200 Servings
2 cases White Wine = 150 servings
1 case of White Zinfandel = 75 servings
2 cases of Red Wine = 150 servings
3 cases of Champagne = 225 servings
6 flats of Soda = 144 servings
Total Servings = 944
